Who is responsible

What we collect, and why

When you book: name, email, phone, and optionally what you do and how you heard about us — used to manage your attendance, send your ticket and event information, and curate future invitations. When you join the list: name, email, and optionally what you do. Payment details are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.

Who processes it

We use Stripe (payments), Supabase (database, hosted in the EU), Vercel (website hosting, EU processing region) and Resend (email delivery). Each acts as a processor under contract. We do not sell data or use advertising trackers, and this site sets no cookies beyond those strictly needed for the admin area.

How long we keep it

Booking and invoice data is kept for the periods Spanish tax and commercial law require. List entries are kept until you ask to be removed.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or object to processing, by writing to hi@wearepoppies.com. You can also complain to the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD, aepd.es).
