Poppies events are organised by NGC 6302 OÜ. Contact: hi@wearepoppies.com.

Your booking

A booking gives the named guest (and their accompanying places, if any) entry to one specific edition on one specific date. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Entry is by the QR code on your ticket; each QR admits the number of places booked, once.

Refunds and transfers

Bookings are non-refundable. Under Spanish consumer law (art. 103.l, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), leisure services with a specific date are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. You may transfer your booking to another named person up to 48 hours before the edition starts — write to hi@wearepoppies.com and we will reissue the ticket in their name.

If we cancel or change

If an edition is cancelled by us, you receive a full refund. Outdoor editions may be moved, adjusted or rescheduled for weather or safety; if a rescheduled date does not work for you, you may transfer your place or request a refund.

The location

Editions take place at private properties. The exact location is shared only with confirmed guests and is not to be published or forwarded. We may refuse entry to anyone without a valid ticket.

Being a good guest

Poppies gatherings are small and personal. We may ask anyone whose behaviour endangers guests, hosts or the property to leave, without refund. Some editions are photographed or filmed for the Poppies archive; if you prefer not to appear, tell the team on arrival.

Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers retain all rights granted by mandatory consumer legislation.
